Apple Reduction Pork Loin

Ingredients Needed

3 - 5lbs Pork Loin

1 1/2 cups Apple Juce

2 tbl brown suger

1 tbs soy sauce

3 tbs brown mustard

1 tbs worchestershire sauce

Double batch is better

Instructions

Roast Port loan with salt and pepper. Cook for 1.5 hours or 145 degrees internal temp.

Boil apple juice and reduce by 50%

add all ingredients and simmer until it begins to thicken
